Safe Listing a Visitor's Car
Lake Grove utilizes a Safelisting by Address program to allow authorized guests to park in common area parking. This simple program is very convenient and easy to use with secure password access either by internet or phone.
* Only one profile may exist for each address. Sharing your login credentials wil allow others to Safelist vehicles with your allocated days, so please safeguard your login credentials.

To Activate your Safelist Profile
1. Visit www.Patrol-One.com
2. Click the big, blue Safelisting button
3. Click the orange Create/Activate button at the top right of the screen
4. Enter your Safelist Profile Activation Code (from the letter you received from Patrol One) and click the Activate button
5. Complete the resident Contact Information section (address and community information will automatically populate)
That's it! You may now use your activated Safelist Profile to Safelist vehicles.

General Safelist Guidelines
Resident of Lake Grove are allowed 4 Safelist days. Each safelist day, when used, becomes "locked" for a period of 5 days before it may be used again. A GUEST may only be safelisted 8 times in a calendar month. If your GUEST is planning to stay more than the maximum days allowed, you must request an additional variance through your Community Manager. Go to the Parking Rules section of the Governing Documents page for more information on Lake Grove's parking policy.
Safelisting does NOT provide protection from the following violations:

* Resident/tenant changes must be processed through the Property Manager in order to recycle a Safelist Profile associated with a specific address.. A new Safelist Profile Activation Code will be generated and mailed to the new resident/tenant.
Safelisting does NOT provide protection from the following violations:

- Commercial (Safelist does not exempt)
- Recreational (Safelist does not exempt)
- Inoperable vehicle (Safelist does not exempt)
- Parked in undesignated area (Safelist does not exempt)
- Residents parked in guest parking (Safelist does not exempt)
